Who we are

Wolf Transportation of Flagstaff, LLC is a family-run heavy-haul and relocation company — portable buildings, shipping containers, and heavy trailers — serving Northern Arizona and the Four Corners from Flagstaff. We're the same Wolf family behind S&S Wolf Sheds.

What we collect, and why

• What you tell us on our forms — your name, phone number or email, where the load is coming from and going to, and what we're hauling. We use it for exactly one thing: to quote and coordinate the move you asked about.
• Photos you send us — if you send pictures (for example, of your building, your site, or the access road), we keep them only to plan and serve your move.
• How our site gets used — we measure site activity so we know which pages and services people care about. These measurements carry no name and no personal details on their own.

Advertising and analytics

Like most businesses, we use third-party analytics tools that measure site activity, so we know which services people care about. We also plan to use the Meta (Facebook) pixel, which uses cookies to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who visited this site. These tools see standard browsing information (pages viewed, general device type) — they do not see what you type into our forms. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in your Facebook ad preferences at any time.

The tools we use

Your information may pass through a few trusted systems so we can serve you:

• Our customer-relationship system, which holds your quote request so the right person can call you back.
• Our scheduling and record-keeping systems, which track quotes and moves.
• The analytics and advertising tools described above.

When your move involves a partner — for example, the dealer or manufacturer of the building we're hauling — we share only what's needed to complete the move.

What we never do

• We never sell your information to anyone.
• We never share it with anyone who isn't directly involved in quoting or running your move.
• We never send you marketing you didn't ask for.

Your choices

Want to see what we have on file about you, correct it, or have it deleted? Ask. One call and we'll take care of it.

Children

Our site quotes and books heavy hauling and is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted right here with a new effective date.
