By signing below, I confirm and agree to the following:

  • Pre-existing damage noted. The building has visible wear, prior shifting, or known structural concerns. Wolf Transport has documented the condition with photos before the move.
  • Risk of partial collapse during the move. Lower-quality builds (including but not limited to brands with known shifting history) may shift, crack, separate, or partially collapse during loading, transport, or unloading. I accept this risk.
  • Liability waived for damage during transport. I release Wolf Transport, its operators, and Wolf Transportation of Flagstaff, LLC from liability for damage to the building that occurs during the move, except in cases of gross negligence.
  • $350 show-up minimum. If Wolf Transport arrives and determines the building cannot be moved safely, the $350 deposit is retained as compensation for the dispatch. The deposit applies to a future booking with Wolf Transport if I choose to use one.
  • Honest disclosure. Wolf Transport has informed me directly if they believe the building should not be moved. The decision to proceed is mine.
  • Serial number / ownership. I confirm I am the rightful owner of the building or am authorized to move it. Wolf Transport may verify the serial number with the manufacturer to confirm payment status before transport.

4 · Wolf Transport Responsibilities

  • Best-effort move. We use professional equipment, route planning, and industry-standard rigging.
  • Honest pre-move assessment. If on arrival we determine the build cannot be moved safely, we will tell you on-site before charging beyond the $350 minimum.
  • Documentation. Photos before, during (where safe), and after the move are kept on file for both parties.
  • Communication. One named contact reachable during the move. Updates if anything changes en route.
